New to biking

Post by chalky »

:) Hi everyone.
I`d like to introduce myself, I passed my test 3 weeks ago after many years wanting to do it. Got to 35 and decided its a must do before i`m 40. Haven`t got a bike yet still looking for the right one, after a cruiser something like a suzuki volusia but i figure its taken me 18 years to do my test so whats a few more weeks

Cheers Ali

Hi Ali and welcome to the forums. I've only been here a very short time myself but they all seem to be a friendly, if sometimes eccentric, lot. :D

It's also good to hear from another 30-something who decided to finally learn to ride (I've got my CBT on Saturday and then a Direct Access course in a few more weeks) and also someone who is is Somerset. I'll hopefully get to meet you on a ride towards the end of the summer.
