Sorry but can't put into words how sad we feel

Bloody hell.... nothing I can say which hasn't already been said.

My thoughts are with all who know him

Frank is probaly the safest rider i know, its just such a shock and such a waste.

Our thoughts are with his Family at this time.

As a mark of respect, i will have my pillion pegs lowered so Frank can ride with me in spirit

When I first posted this message it was not long after I had heard the tragic news of Franks death, I could just about write the original message as I couldn't believe what I had heard from Jane moments earler, both me and Miler had formed a friendship with Frank along with Hassy on the site that was special in many ways, Frank was a loveable man and had his own way of making people laugh, several occasions when he came out to the house I had to clean my carpet coz he was always spilling stuff he had numerous pink mugs which we managed to sneak in to pub meets and rideouts, the best one was at Mousehole, he just couldn't understand how a cafe had another pink mug and everyone else had posh cups , we had planned to give him another one and was picking our location carefully, unfortunately it will stay with us now as we won't have the opportunatey to give it to him ....

My best memories will be of Frank at the Newt beer festival which we spent a long drunk few days tasting 70 odd ales and our trip to Gloucester which was a blast....

Deepest sympathies to Jane and Franks family.... a good kind man with a big heart....

It is a sad day, when I read about this in the Herald at lunchtime I was thinking in general about the poor biker who went down...When I read on here it was Frank, I was shocked. Very sad and a great shame

I have just heard this very sad news I am so shocked, as he was one of the safest and experienced riders I know, whenever I was on a SWB rideout and he was there, he was always giving me tips and advice on ways to improve my riding skills. I will never forget him, he was one of the nicest guys you could ever wish to meet.

My thoughts are with his family and all that knew him.

I think A_T says it really, I dont feel like I know him after reading how well you lot know him, but I am lowering my pegs tomorrow as well, its funny actually Fridays was when I usually saw frank.

OMG this is extremely sad news, I can't quite get my head around it, having been one of the first SWB peeps I have met it seems like a great man has been lost from here, one of the originals he was such a caring gent, with a nice bike to boot, wasn;t up for the newest and flashiest but still put some sportsbikes to shame with that FJR...

I never got the opportunity to meet Frank but from the comments he was obviously a well liked and loved man.

I saw the news on the TV tonight and was dreading looking on the site and hoping it wasn't one of ours. I really don't know what to say. This road takes so many lives, and could easily have cost me our son. Jo wants me to give up biking.
