Spring puller? Seized in bolts?

A little late now but for future reference when ever i've come against a rounded off cap bolt (allan key type) I use a Torx socket slightly larger than the allan key head, beat it in with a hammer (this applies some shock) then undo the bolt if it still doesnt turn i use a breaker bar and beat the head as i apply pressure.

Its never let me done in the 13 years of being an engineer.

You can't beat a good pair of Moleys, but they do butcher things sometimes :)

i think that when its said 'heat them up' or 'apply heat' generally the use of a blow torch is implied - not a heat gun :D

adjustable heatgun goes up to 500 degrees C.
should of done the job tbh.
