Remember being over in Parcmotor (5 years ago) and how much fun that was really looking forward this one but know that this is going to cost me some big bucks due to the way i do track days (hiring bikes) but do you know what if I am going to only do it every 5 years think I can justify that.....
Talking of Parcmotor 5 years ago i seem to remember that the photo of Mr Billinom8s on a certain police bike that is used in his post signatures was taken on that trip, I also got one that was similar.
Looking forward to some amazing sun shine knee down photos from Portugal at the end of 2022

Parkmoto must have been 2017 rob wasn't it?
(Think portimayo was 2015-Cartagena was 2016)
Either way euros are epic.
And for me best bang for buck.
It's one bit of roadish riding I miss.
Ian so is that you no longer doing trackdays ?

. So NL Vouchers for Xmas then Rob. The question what bike are you taking from Smallboys?
I was considering going for the Gixxer 1000 but I gel well with the ZX636 so think will go with that.

Yes Smallboys support this if you and a friend want to share a bike then there is an additional cost but it’s an overall reduction. Normally it cost £300 per day, if you hire multiple times a year from him he will give a discount down to £250 per day which is what I get. If you hire share then it’s and extra £100 (so £350 per day shared between both of you ie £175 per day each) of course only works if your in different groups. If your both in the same group then you don’t achieve anything.
This is all based on 2021 pricing and I know he is looking to put prices up for 2022 so could well be more expensive by the time we get to put deposits down.

I didnt realise until Rob said u pick your bike up and drop it off a week after and before you arrive back and depart on the plane. I only need a van for 2 days hire on different dates, I was worried Id have to hire the van the whole yrip if drop off and flyimg out was on the same day.
Has booking started for this yet, is the deposit refundable if trip cancelled due to Covid how much is the deposit usually? Lastly is a 600 or 1000 recommended i.e fast track or twisty track?

Thanks guys, I didn't mean sharing the cost with other rider, just to share the prices with me lol
I am just wondering if it would be a lot less hassle to hire a bike than bring my own.

As it's not being supported by the owners you would still need to bring your stuff, plus you wouldn't have any spares or support from the owner if something goes wrong, whereas if it's your own bike you would more than likely have some kit to keep it running.
