Exhaust header paint

For those of you who saw me at Jaspers on Friday, you will know how disapointed with Halfrauds High Temp exhaust paint (paint on with a brush). Despite the preperation, and following the instructions, it is flaking off and looks worse than when I started. It will all need to come off again in the winter and try again. Can anybody recommend any really good high temp black paint, spray prefered.

i need to do the exact same job when i pick up my CBR1000

i do know that PJ1 do an excellent high-temp manifold paint (spray)but it's not the easiest to find,i have got some paint on stuff too at home which i used on my RD350 which seemed ok....do 2 strokes reach as high a temp as 4 strokes?

Yeah PJ1 is good. Can get it at CMS as well

They are pretty good up there, always had parts I needed in stock, my second choice place for parts behind Dameralls. Although the bikes they sell tend to be a bit overpriced at times.
