I'm built for comfort, I ain't built for speed

Post by Two-Wheeled Jock »

Greetings all,

I've just registered, as I'm fairly new to the South-West (I'm a Scot in Cornwall), and have just been riding on my own so far.

I notice many/most of the bikes people have listed are speed kings, and fair play to you all.

But I'm more of a chilled tourer kind of bloke (Yamaha Virago). Would that be awkward on your group rides out?

Cheers,

2WJ.

Hi Jock,

Don't be daft mate...You would be more than welcome to ride with us...

This Sunday for instance, we have a few guys on 125's coming along.

You as a Jock should know better than all of us..........

We ride for the 'FREEDOM' ...not the speed...

Well a few of us do anyway... :?

Nice one, and thanks for the welcomes - much appreciated.

Freedom? Couldnt agree more.

Unfortunately not available this weekend, as I have to go to a Christening in London, but I'll keep my eyes glued to the site for future rides.
