Howdee South West Bikers! Phil here. I'm new around these parts. Braving the weather on my daily commute with my SV650S. Despite the inclement season, I'm still keen to take any opportunity for a ride that doesn't end or begin at work!

Great looking site BTW. Cheers!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I'll be keeping a close eye on the ride-outs section, but can anyone tell me where Exeter based riders may congregate for the odd evening/weekend blast or bimble?

A quick look down this topic reveals Steve Gray, also new to SWB, in Exeter and looking to join in. A zip up to Taunton was mentioned. Does that kind of thing go on regularly? I notice that loads of you are from around Exeter.

My most devoted biking chum pilots a 1987 pre-exup FZR1000. It's a runner, but he goes all green at the thought of any decent milage! Plus his devotion to jeans makes him moan about cold legs...

So, where's all the Exeter action? My motorway commute is squaring my tyres off... :(

Welcome to the site 8)

I used to have an SV, great bikes.

Look in the meets section for Exeter pub meets.
