alloy oxide

Post by baz-R »

whats good for removing the white powdery alloy oxide in thoes tight areas?
i know caustic soda works a well but it will eat the alloy away if you dont get it all off.
i cant get a wire brush in to get it off befor i give it a coat of paint
im sure theres some chemical stuff that will work?
35 years on 2 wheels, 26 years on the road and always has a spanner in my hand
