when you put a post up ue the upload attachment option situated just below your post window/box. then browse your pc for the pic but it does pay to shrink the original size of the photo as its not doen automatically for you. i tend to shrink to about 10-20% of original size

as said find the photo you want online or if your own you will need to store the photo with an outside server like Photobucket.
If the picture is from an outside company right click the picture find properties open that and cut and paste the URL address in the Img section here ie
[img http://inlinethumb19.webshots.com/22546 ... 425Q85.jpg [/img] I have missed out this ] of the address to show you how its set up.

This is the photo I found to post if you right click it and look at properties you will see the URL address is the same as above.
