Bollocks....

Post by jon_piscitelli »

Out on an awesome bimble today heading toward Minhead from Bridgwater zipped across the the first Cannington bypass roundabout onto the next one, cue a quick knee down lap or two.

Thought i'd go back round for another go, came back through the village to the first round about went in comfortable not even trying to get the knee down and out slipped the front...

Limited damage to the bike, scuff on the fairing and can, rear brake leaver snaped off, R & G frame protectors & Paddock bobbins scuffed but did the job with leathers looking a bit more lived in

Top bloke helped me lift the bike and sent me on my way, other than that great ride and i carried on going coming back via Ilfracombe & Taunton :D

So if anyone knows where i can get a GSXR600 K5 rear brake leaver that'd be awesome!

Nah is all good, was chuckling about it at the time still am, but thanks dude! 8)

I'll give Harry at Somerset Dyno's in Somerton a call and he'll have it sorted next week I bet, but will drop Speedy a call :D

As for the bungs etc that what they're there for and the paint is only scuffed so can have that blown over drop the standard can back on and you wouldn't know the difference and me?

I bounce  think it's all the sky diving and climbing

To be fair I'm feeling it a bit now, however ordered the new brake pedal today and spoke with Harry, he's bastardising the exisiting one and I'll keep the new one for spare, oh and new tyres going on Saturday.

Decided to try 2CT's this time, understandably my old mix was deamed to be the issue, well that and me riding like a twat  but to be honest the BT21 back and Diablo front might not be the ideal combo even if it did get me round europe as a temp fix.
