Calling Bristol riders

Post by tafflade »

do any of you use the Eastville Tesco garage (the one by IKEA on the M32)?
I know a lot of bikers use the place because I see them every morning.

The forecourt there is swimming with deisel  , when it raining you can actually see the fuel running down onto the road

I have been ringing and emailing the manager there (Mr Allen 0845 677 9076 as printed on every receipt) trying to get him to sort it out by

a) cleaning the place and
b) sorting the pumps so they dont pump so fast and so spew pints of fuel on the floor, but I dont think he's taking me seriously.

If any of people that use the place fancy taking 5 minutes from your day to give him a ring I'm sure he'll start to sit up and take notice.

has anyone else tried to get a similar problem sorted with any success? how did you get it done?

Report it to Bristol City Council, follow that up with e-mail to the same department.

Tesco's is right on my way to work, I just nip off the M32 fill up then back out in minutes few and thats the cheapest place on my commute.

The council are going to get a phone call in the morning and if this rain keeps up there's going to be an oil slick going right out to the roundabout for me to photograph
