The first police encounter of the summer..

Post by Milky »

Was driving like a granny through Torquay with a group of other bikes I didnt know from bike night.. Bang on the speed limits if not under considerably. Got to the other end of Torquay onto a clear open straight and the bike i'd been following carefully overtook on a clear open road and hit about 45/50 max in a thirty and pulled back in and slowed again. Perfectly safe etc. I followed and was instantly was dazzled by a headlight in my mirror shorty follwed by a bike with the blue's flashing. Anyway..both of us were pulled over and turned out he'd been following us from one end of Torquay to the other but I was was completely un aware and thoght it was just the bike/s behind i'd been riding with. so we then got an almighty OTT bollocking for speed which was then followed by a lecture about tiny plates, loud cans and headlight covers and the usual

Was let off with an earfull and as the police pulled away the biker that'd been pulled with me said "fookin ell that was close it's not even my bike! " Turned out it was his mates and he'd borrowed it to take to bike night and his liscence was packed with points, not even sure if he had a bike liscence. Lucky fecker!

Anybody else been pulled since the nice weather has began?
