Is it bad for my bike to not use the clutch while up shifting ?
I use the clutch to get from first to second but hardly ever past that. I've read a lot of other forums and people have differing opinions, just wondering what you guys thought.

As long as you drop the slightly throttle to unload the gearbox then its perfectly fine to do clutchless upshifts.

As long as you get the revs right seems cool, but it can lead to a missed gear or have it jump out of gear although seems to depend more on the bike

Me too, works fine on chain & shaft drive and 1 or 2 up. It's the only way to shift when riding fast and on long journeys - once you've got the knack it works a treat.
Down shifting's a bit more tricky and I've found I need to throttle right down to low revs before bliping the throttle slightly while easing the shifter.
At the risk of sounding a bit hippy... I think it's a bike harmony thing

I have found that occasionally I hit a false neutral and it makes a nasty crunching noise!
Just hoping it doesnt do any damage, and I'm not brave enough to shift down clutchless yet haha
