A near neighbour had a problem with his licence / DVLA. Despite having passed his test many yrs ago, when he came back to a little commute bike recently he had to be a 'learner'.
He'd grabbed a 125 drivable wreck complete with helmet and gloves for £350.
Recently he invested in a nice YBR 125.
Came out the other morning to find the complete exhaust had been nicked. Not just the can but un-bolted from the engine. No-one heard anything.
