My gut feeling is that it's a scam.

are the CCTV cams taking pics of the front or rear number plates? If they're the same as the SPECS average speed cams used elsewhere in the country then it's the front only as front number plates are generally cleaner and therefore easier to read by automated systems.

ah Llandow, know it well being from Cardiff & also having been stationed at St Athan for 12 years

well in the last year I've clocked up around 14k miles on it in all sorts of weather, as you say if you want something 2 wheeled thats comfy, keeps you reasonably dry , has a reasonable turn of speed/performance, got plenty of storage room then you can't really go too wrong with a Pan (hey the Polic...

my last rear (macadam no longer available for the Pan, boohoo) lasted until just over 10k, the front has currently done around 13k and will be getting changed shortly
