Stinky wrote:Got it. I have my second attempt in about a week  but I have been running and I am going out for another in a min. Advice to anybody with kids, don't let them spend all day on the computer! My legs don't seem to take me anywhere when I could run for ages when I was in Primary school! I'm only just getting over the 2.00km limet but the tread mill is so boring. But I will do the PJFT so I can go onto the PRMC with my friend. Were you in, or still in the navy rnblade?
still in the service mate !!!
some advice !!! do the road miles, dont use a treadmill. go out and run the roads for 30 mins 3-4 times a week mate. garuntee pass, easy. if i can do it, i'm sure u can.
CONSIDERABLY FASTER THAN YOW !!! but only on the track !!

Thats cool. I think my upper body is my strog point and my legs are my weak point when it should be the other way round. I did 80 press-ups last night :D . Will run on roads instead then thanks.

I have shock absorbing trainers :-D. I haven't got shin splints, I just have lack of oxygen and the just tend to hurt in the hip everywhere else.

Well I did it! But with only the time of 10.07mins (minimum being 10.45).
The stupid guy left me doing a running warm up for 10 minutes while he dissapered. After 7mins I got off and told him I didnt want to do the whole run before I even started. But way hey, I managed it on my second attempt and I dont mind trying harder on my next test because I didn't do that well at this test :D PRMC here I come!
