Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm Dubious really, avoid the second one as its alreay been cut and you cant prove its strenth.
First one possibly suitable but my advice to you would be to find the year of the tail section you like and stick to buiyng all the bits from there.
Contact Suzuki and find out part numbers, what year (If Any) The subframes were changed or modified in anyway... the more you know, the easier its going to be.

You don't want that first auction as its off an old cradle frame 1100 style bike. Need a spare SRAD on to piss about with, or a K series to either mess with or just compare to yours.
Is there anyone who can get a microfiche of both generation subframes?
And the other thing, are you totally happy carrying a pilllion on something that has been altered, its a lot of weight on the connections to the main frame and you don't want it to give way.

Was only a idea. I personally would alter the standard frame in a way to take the bodywork. People already use spacers on SRAD frames to get the higher rear you see on more modern bikes.
Then again, I'm not doing it, if anythign I would go for a TL rear ;)

take a look here at another really useful guide to subframe swaps, this one was done on a slingshot frame but the principals gonna be the same. you could always see if cms or somewhere will let you compare a k and a srad subby too.
