Busters Accessories

Busters Accessories - An online company who deal with the same kit that J & S Accessories do, so a direct competitor I would say.

I ordered some items on 23rd August 2006 and received them on 27th September. If it was valuable stuff I could understand but it was valve caps and a tyre pen (which I could've got elsewhere). On September 4th I received a silver horn from them that was for a Honda CB which was meant for some dude in Essex. I offered to send it back but they said don't bother.

I finally called them on 26th September wanting to cancel my order and they said it'd left the warehouse. That old chestnut.

A '£10 gift voucher and P&P paid courtesy of Busters' later my stuff arrived on 27th September. I wouldn't say don't use them but I wouldn't rush for their catalogue if I needed some kit. They seemed helpful and willing to get to the bottom of the problem though. Bless the Welsh  Every home should have one.

I have used Busters countless time over the years and never had had a problem.
Always been fast and polite to deal with.

Bad luck Loris better luck next time.

They often do that... They sent me an 07 black gsxr...

I offered to send it back... but just like you they said 'don't bother'

I didn't want it... so sold it to Age for 50p...

I do know when I order multiple items and one item is out of stock they do hold the whole order. I just send an email to chase and they reply back quickly

Hopefully next time you wont have a problem

I've heard quite a few negative things about Busters, buit then again i've heard bad things about most motorcycle places. Strange really. I just go to Hein Gericke or something.
