Re: Total Triumph Taunton
I'm afraid not - its a small team, so stretches us a bit thin to do Sunday. We have found previously they have been on/off, and of course we cannot do our events on Sundays if we are open (we do ride outs etc in summer). If you had a big ride out, we may be able to at least have the burger van open ...

Re: Total Triumph Taunton
Not currently - still waiting on Triumph to confirm if they have any dealer open days (they will set the dates) this year. We do have Triumph Live, which is in early July at Gaydon Heritage Motor Centre, which is a great event, obviously very Triumph-centred, but good for anyone interested in bikes....

Re: Total Triumph Taunton
Just to clear up - the 'To Let' sign was for the other half of the site, nothing to do with Total Triumph. However, we are pleased to be purchasing that ourselves, and look forward to some expansion over the year. It'd be great to see any of you for a coffee (or a bacon roll now we have the burger v...

Re: BRAKE BLEEDING HELP PLEASE
The only reason I can think of that the refuse to work properly on the move is that a disc is buckled/bowed, it then pushes the pads back in the caliper when moving, and thus won't work properly when you go to brake again, at standstill this wouldn't cause a problem.

Nice bikes, but one hell of a shock going from a Honda to a KTM. Build quality is not something they have heard of.

Re: How many of you own your own property?
Its a bit meaningless if you don;t know what proportion is the moprtgage/rent and what is the other outgoings, so what I would say is whatever the rent cost will be, add 5-600 to account for bills, council tax, tv license, internet, phone, food etc. That should give you a good idea. Mine is About £1...

Re: CBR 929 or 600RR recommendations/opinions.
Personally I would go for the RR, you'd get a newer, very much lighter bike, and a better package to progrss to. The 600RR is not slow by any stretch of the imagination, you couldn;t even compare to what you have now. I have a 55 Plate (06 model, which was facelifted) in stock, and have ridden it, v...

On the bike, the lights are on the rear bwetween panniers and plate.
It is a horrible 51 plate BMW, R1100 S I think. In a dull grey colour.

Re: Not happy!
Its great for getting you back when you have a puncture, but still replace the tyre, or if it isn't a ZR rated tyre, and its a problem in the middle 3rd then get a proper repair on it.
